Katia has been working in the media as a relationship and body language expert, columnist and TV presenter for the past ten years appearing as a regular dating expert on The Circle, 9am with David and Kim, The Morning Show, Today Tonight and A Current Affair and conducting more than two hundred radio interviews in the last year alone. You can tune in to her weekly dating segment on Gold FM, or ‘Miss Flirt’ Segments on NXFM, Mix FM Body and Soul, Classic Hits, 6PR and Power FM.

She is the resident relationship and sex expert for FHM and has been featured in over fifty magazines including Cosmopolitan, Cleo, Marie Claire, Dolly, Good Health and Medicine, BRW, Ralph, Woman’s Day and Girlfriend.

In collaboration with Inna Segal and Paul Morris Segal, Katia conducted a five year global study “Real People, Real Answers – What men and women want” analyzing the dating patterns, likes and dislikes of over 1500 singles. The study on what men and women want when it comes to Flirting, Sex, Dating and Love included both qualitative and quantitative research and gives new insight into what the opposite sex really wants and blasts open old wives tales and dating myths. The research findings have been widely published in magazines, newspapers, and online media.

Her broad knowledge and research on dating and nonverbal communication has made her a sought after media commentator and led to her position as the National Spokesperson for Telfast®. She has analyzed the body language of countless celebrities and politicians on television, radio and the print media and writes the Celebrity Body Language Column for MX Newspapers and various other print media.

Katia loves what she does and it shows; her vibrant, vivacious, bubbly personality, spot on analysis and expertise making her a hit with the media and audiences alike.

She has worked with over ten thousand singles and couples through her various websites, seminars and coaching sessions. Having started out as painfully shy and insecure, Katia is passionate about using her dating and body language expertise to turn even the shyest wallflower into a people magnet and turn their dating luck and life around!

She is a firm believer that if she can do it, anyone can and has created a global, multi-language online video campaign consisting of over 30 How to get the one you want how to dating videos to help singles achieve just that. The videos have had over 5 Million views on Youtube in just a few short months.
Katia founded Perfectdates which runs Speed dating, singlesʼ events, workshops and coaching. Prior to 2001 she worked as an actor and ran an Actors agency, placing actors in various roles, and coaching them in conﬁdence building and how to make a great impression.

Katia was born in St. Malo, France and came to Australia when she was ﬁve. Katia lives in Australia with her husband Greg, son Aiden and daughter Angéilque.
